The Watering Haul was born in 2018 from a simple yet profound realization. While planning their own wedding, founders Casey and Michael Belitz noticed a gap in the event industry: the bar—often the social epicenter of any gathering—was frequently treated as an afterthought in both design and service. They envisioned something entirely different. They wanted a beverage experience that was as aesthetically stunning as it was seamlessly executed.

What began as a personal passion project to elevate their own celebration quickly evolved into one of Southern California's premier hospitality companies. Over the years, Casey and Michael have meticulously expanded their fleet and their team, curating exceptional, high-touch bar experiences for hundreds of exclusive weddings, private celebrations, and corporate galas.

Today, their mission remains deeply personal. As a family-owned brand, Casey and Michael balance running a thriving luxury business with raising their three beautiful daughters. This foundation translates directly into their standard of service; they treat every client's event with the highest level of care, dedication, and attention to detail.

  • We provide a comprehensive, turn-key beverage experience. Depending on which service you choose, the watering Haul team will be on time and prepared for your event. From providing the trailer or satellite bars to barware, drink garnishes, ice, mini-fridge, a two tap kegerator, and disposable beer, wine and cocktail cups, premium mixers, garnishes, and spirits, our team can do it all.

    If there is no power on site, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

  • From beer, wine, champagne, kombucha dirty sodas, to signature cocktails and mocktails, to coffee and lemonades. We customize a menu for every event!

    If you have something special in mind or have inspo from your fav local bar, just let us know and we are happy to make it work!

  • Weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby & bridal showers, festivals, happy hours, engagement parties, graduation events, block parties & tailgates, reunions, retirements, and anything else you want to celebrate! From intimate private soirées to large-scale brand activations, we tailor our services to suit celebrations of all kinds.

  • Yes! We can transform into a bar of any kind: coffee, mocktails, popsicles, donuts, dessert bar or whatever else you can dream up!

  • The Watering Haul has worked in many cities to obtain all the permits and certifications needed for most any venue. We have $2M in general liability insurance, $1M in liquor liability insurance, as well as worker’s compensation coverage.

  • Due to California licensing regulations, we cannot sell you alcohol. In 2024 we created a partnership with Total Wine & More to get you the best pricing as well as offer a delivery service. Our team will serve alcohol that is supplied by the event organizer or a third party.

    So how much alcohol will you need, you ask? We’ve got you covered! We can help you calculate the amount of alcohol based on hours of service and how many guests you expect. And the best part? By sourcing your own alcohol you actually save a lot of money!

  • Our bartenders are TIPS certified and trained. They are also extremely personable so your guests will receive impeccable customer service.

  • Every event is different so rather than just providing a general package, we will tailor a custom proposal just for you and your event! Cost is generally calculated based on the bar type, number of service hours, drink service, and how many guests you’re expecting.
