Meet Casey & Michael!

Hi, we’re Casey and Michael Belitz — proud owners of The Watering Haul. We’ve been bringing elevated mobile bar experiences to Southern California since 2018. What started as a fun idea for our own wedding has since grown into a thriving business, serving hundreds of weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events — all while growing our own little family with three beautiful daughters.

We believe the bar should be more than just a beverage station — it’s the social hub of any event. It’s where guests connect, toast, laugh, and celebrate. Yet all too often, it’s one of the most overlooked elements in event planning.

Our mission is simple: to help you create a personalized, high-quality bar experience that’s memorable, beautifully executed, and budget-conscious. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, we're here to serve up good drinks, good vibes, and great memories.

Not only does it add a charming look and feel to the event space but the bartenders were professional, fun and just as charming to all our guests. I received so many compliments from all our attendees on how great the bar experience was, especially the staff working it. Casey and Michael are so great to work with as well. They went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. They helped provide recommendations on alcohol for our guest list, which was super helpful since I have never hosted a party of this size before. They were responsive, dependable and kind! They even worked with our vendors and provided recommendations to decorate the vintage trailer to match our decor and theme - although it doesn't take much to decorate her, The Watering Haul is a show stopper on her own. Having The Watering Haul at an event is definitely going to add something special to the party! It boosted our night and the guests are still talking about her.
